As the Department Manager with the DC Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD), he spearheaded efforts to establish programming to assist the development community and District agencies in identifying qualified Certified Business Enterprises (CBEs) to meet small business participation requirements on city-sponsored economic development projects.
Provided project management and legal consulting expertise to commercial and federal clients, playing an important role in developing and executing organizational strategy and strategic vision.
